Returns & Replacements
RETURNS are accepted for items within 30 days of invoicing.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Fees related to the return of items are at customer’s expense.
Returned items must be in original packaging and in good condition, if they are returned damaged, items may not be refunded.
If you believe the item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
Misuse, Abuse or incorrect installation is not covered under warranty.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, items must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged within 7 days of purchase to be considered for a refund.
All shipping fees on exchanged items are the customer’s responsibility.
Any Item found to be damaged may not be refunded.

All return items must included paperwork attached to the item, clearly stating your name, return address and orginal invoice number
